This week our guest is Richard "RJ" Hicks. RJ is a strength coach with a Masters Degree in Exercise Science: Fitness and Performance, a B.S in health, exercise, and sports science, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA.
RJ has worked as a strength coach at both the High School and college level including as Physical Training Director for the Corp of Cadets at The Citadel where he developed a new physical fitness program for the South Carolina Corp of Cadets for the 2014-2015 school year.
Since 2015, RJ has been actively working full time within the Airforce as well as working as a strength coach and personal trainer part time.
Among his many accomplishments RJ was a standout Division 1 wrestler with The Citadel.
