Steve feels in order to optimize our health as we age we must adhere to these four pillars of a healthy lifestyle: 1) get meaningful exercise with a focus on strength training, 2) enjoy restorative sleep, 3) follow a balanced personal eating plan which includes periods of caloric restriction, and 4) find some sort of spiritual practice or support community that works for you.
